Costanzo Clothing was founded in 2002, driven by Tara and Tony’s passion for clothing and "looking your best.” Tara and Tony established Costanzo Clothing as a unique company that specializes in exclusively hand-tailored, custom-made clothing for men and women. Costanzo’s approach has always been to service their clients’ wardrobe needs in the comfort of their home or office. Designing and delivering hand-tailored clothing has given their clients the confidence in their appearance that they need to have a competitive edge in their professional and personal lives. The company prides itself on hand crafting conservative styles to the most flamboyant. Costanzo’s clients’ consist of business professionals, President’s & CEO’s of major companies across the country, professional athletes, from NFL players to NASCAR drivers and crew.

Tony Costanzo
Tony Costanzo has spent most of his professional career providing custom clothing and personalized service to discerning clients from coast to coast. His innate ability to select and then recommend the correct cloth, style, fit, pattern and colors for his client results in a one-of-a-kind garment that becomes a key part of that persons wardrobe. Body type and skin tone are also factored into the final decision. Tony’s enthusiasm really shows when he begins to talk about intricate patterns and vibrant colors, sharing his vision with the individual. His company motto is, "Tailored to Your Lifestyle”. He takes professional pride in keeping that promise.
Tara Costanzo
Tara Costanzo co-founded Costanzo Clothing with her husband Tony in 2002. The launch of their company gave her an opportunity to utilize her own design creativity by providing custom women’s clothing for the busy professional. Having always possessed an appreciation for fine casual, business and formal wear, Tara takes great pleasure in empowering women to look and feel their very best, which has allowed her to further the “custom look” for her clients by giving them a feel and appearance that is truly special.

Tara and Tony have been featured on WFSB, Channel 3 Better Connecticut Show and NBC 30. An article featuring the Costanzo’s and their unique business appeared in the Connecticut Law Tribune. The article was subsequently picked up by law journals throughout the United States. Tara and Tony have also been featured in various magazines and on the cover of “Living in Fashion” and “Living in the Valley”. Each of them has been recognized as one of the top 40 young entrepreneurs by the Hartford Business Journal. Tara has been a guest speaker for several events including Waterbury Literacy Group featuring Author Ann Leary, (yes Dennis Leary’s wife), HYPE Entrepreneurial Awards, and Get Real for the Real World. Tara accepted an award as one of the most Influential Women in the Greater Hartford Area in 2019. As a power team Tara and Tony are very active in the community and believe that giving back one of the biggest responsibilities as successful entrepreneurs. Year after year each of them sit on and/or chair boards, gala committees and non-profit organization events.
